TECHNICAL SUPPORT TEAM MEMBER

- Diploma in Computer Studies or similar
- Knowledge in PC hardware & software troubleshooting
- Basic Understanding of Networking and troubleshooting
- HTML & ASP knowledge is an added advantage
- Good command of English and most importantly, good manners.
- Own transport

This job requires the team member to -

- Provide quality on-site I.T. support to customers
- Troubleshoot basic networking systems such as modems, routers & wireless networks
- Amend simple HTML webpages
- Deliver and setup IT hardware / software to our customers around Klang Valley

ACCOUNTS & ADMIN EXECUTIVE

- Able to handle full set of accounts
- Good command of English and most importantly, good manners.

This job requires the executive to -

- Handle full set of accounts
- Liase with suppliers and customers on accounting matters
- Other administrative tasks
